Sophie has recently completed an 18-month overland trip across Europe, Russia, Mongolia, China, South East Asia and Central Asia.  The most recent projects and blog posts on her website feature photographs that Sophie captured thoughout her travels.

Sophie graduated in 2012 with a first class honours in BA Photojournalism from London College of Communication. Along with her dissertation, she completed a photographic comparison of the social differences between rowing and boxing, "Boxing vs. Rowing", looking at the life of amateur athletes' training regimes and comparing the difference between the two sports and sportsmen.

Sophie has also worked as a photographer for Belgrade Insight and the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN) in Serbia over a four year period, covering the 2009 Universiade Games (student games), EXIT Festivals and general news. One of Sophie's long-running projects has been with the Roma community living in Belgrade. Some of her images have been used on BIRN's website, by a Roma support organization RPOINT and the outspoken radio and news website B92.

Sophie's other published images include a photo essay about Mongolia on the website Republic of the East and pictures in the Millfied Voice and the Windmill, Millfield School's annual magazine.

She continues to photograph and look for new and interesting photographic projects.
